Content is config-driven (services, work, team, process, FAQ). Motion and Lenis handle scroll polish; the hero stays CSS-only so LCP isn’t blocked by hydration. Contact uses a Server Action with Resend and Cloudflare Turnstile. PostHog is loaded lazily for analytics and exception logging.
Deployed to Cloudflare via OpenNext with GitHub Actions CI/CD to codeginx.com. Lighthouse CI gates regressions.
