I own full-stack products from architecture to production. With 11 years shipping scalable web systems (React, Node.js, AWS), my recent focus has been leading AI-integrated platforms.
Recently at Shopsense AI, I led the end-to-end delivery of their first LLM-powered content-to-commerce platform. I architected the serverless infrastructure (AWS CDK, Lambda) and deployed across 10+ major publishers, scaling to 150K+ daily impressions at a 0.5% CTR (5x industry standard).

- Led the end-to-end delivery of Shopsense's first LLM-powered platform from concept to launch. Deployed the product across 10+ publisher sites and scaled traffic to 150K+ daily impressions at a 0.5% CTR, outperforming industry display benchmarks by 5x.
- Designed the core AWS serverless architecture (CDK, Lambda, DynamoDB) to process 5M+ monthly requests. Solved production Lambda cold-start delays by migrating the execution layer to Fastly edge compute, while keeping staging on AWS to control costs.
- Led the technical design and rollout of an event driven webhook architecture across three teams. Replaced legacy polling systems to cut infrastructure costs and reduce the AI generation wait time.
- Set the technical direction for the backend migration from a monolith to a microservices architecture. Extracted three core services (Products, Link, Ads, Types) into independent repositories and architected a dedicated monorepo for the Ads service to unify its backend, templates, and Next.js admin dashboard, giving engineering teams full deployment autonomy.
- Architected and deployed a custom A/B testing and feature flag infrastructure. This setup reduced product release cycles from weeks to multiple times a day and let the product team validate AI content with live user data.
